Kaya bang pang daily commute ang big bike?

We all know that big bikes are for purely leisure! Weekend bike, pang-gala, pang-porma. Last thing mo na maiisip na gamitin sya pang trabaho o pang-daily. Here are the reasons:

The WEIGHT

Mas mabigat! A daily bike commonly weighs 95kg to 130kg compared to big bikes that weigh 160kg and above. Meron pa ngang umaabot ng 250kg. With its weight, di ka pa nagsisimula magtrabraho eh pagod ka na, lalo na pag traffic.

Fuel Consumption

Malakas sa gas. Typical big bikes consume 20km/L to 27km/L. Malayong-malayo sa 45km/L to 60km/L na daily bike. So dito palang ay lugi ka na. Imagine, a Honda Beat consumes an average of 58km/L and a Ninja 400 consumes 27km/L.

That's more than double the gas consumption.

A typical big bike needs more than 2L of engine oil.

Bukod sa engine oil, every two weeks mo pa need ipalinis plus maintenance ng chain cleaner at chain lube.

Maneuverability

Conclusion

Therefore, big bikes are not daily commuter bikes. Weekend bike, pang-gala, pang-porma.
